Mark Stefan

President

Mark Stefan is a co-founder and President of CCRP and is actively involved in the acquisition, development and management of urban real estate nationwide while overseeing the operation and management of CCRP. Mark is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley Haas School of Business where he received an MBA in Business and a BA in Economics. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Belden Club.

Sig Anderson

CEO

Sigurd Anderson is a co-founder and CEO of CCRP. Sig oversees new developments and is responsible for setting strategic goals, directing company investments, due diligence, capital markets, asset management and firm operations. Sig received his B.S. in Business from the Curt Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where he holds CRX and SCLS designations and is a former member of the CLS Governing Committee. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Sig serves on the Board of Directors of Build Change and is on the Board of Trustees of the World Affairs Council.

Eric Anderson

Executive Vice President

Eric is Executive Vice President of CCRP, Principal of the Minneapolis office. Before joining CCRP, Eric was Director of National Equity Programs for G.E. Capital where he was responsible for forming joint ventures throughout the United States to develop commercial real estate properties. Previously, Eric was Vice President of Newcourt Capital’s Structured Finance Group where he acted as an advisor on the sale and leaseback of commercial real estate. Prior to that, Eric served as Senior Account Executive with MetLife Capital Corporation where he originated loans and joint ventures for retail, industrial, and office projects. Eric received his B.A. from St. Olaf College and holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

John Biale

Senior Project Manager

John is a Senior Project Manager for CCRP, joining the company in 2022. He brings over 30 years of experience as a General Contractor; Controls, Project and Construction Manager; as well as in Owner’s Representation. Areas of responsibility include implementation and management of the new commercial construction, tenant improvements, seismic and structural upgrades, renovations, corporate controls systems, civil projects, LEED certified construction, and historic preservation. John’s project experience specializes in the construction and improvements in the following sectors: life science, office, retail, hospitality, library, judicial, OSHPD, railway, water/wastewater, and senior care facilities.

Jana Chapital

Project Manager

Jana is a key Project Manager of CCRP, joining the company in 2013 to oversee non-investment operations, including the development and implementation of organizational strategies related to HR and IT. Additionally, she directs the communication of internal policies and ensures uniform application at CCRP’s various offices and assets, while coordinating all of the company’s support services, including accounting, banking, and insurance. She currently manages two multimillion-dollar capital improvement projects in San Francisco and has been involved throughout the entitlement process.  She brings over 15 years of experience in business management and two years of construction management.

Kassandra Kappelos

General Manager

Kassandra Kappelos joined CCRP in 2014. As General Manager, she manages and oversees the operations and all existing building capital and tenant improvements of the Public Market and 5801 Christie in Emeryville, and Foundry31 in Berkeley.  The Public Market is a mixed-use project anchored by a Life Science tenant, a diverse mix of retail and office tenants, and features a gourmet Food Hall. Foundry31 comprises 400,000+ SF recently repositioned, innovative science and research project at the heart of San Francisco’s East Bay region. 5801 Christie is a 3.74 acre premier mixed-use residential and life sciences development project. With 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, her emphasis is on construction management, process improvement, budgeting and forecasting, and team development. Kassandra received her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Lorry I. Lokey School of Business and Public Policy.

Krysina

Grussing

Senior Property Manager

Krysina Grussing is the Property Manager at Wells Fargo Plaza in Bloomington, MN and The E in Edina, MN. She began her career at Wells Fargo Plaza in 2014 and joined the CCRP team during acquisition in 2015. As Property Manager, she is involved in all aspects of managing her buildings, including the day-to-day operations, developing and implementing the annual budget, managing capital and tenant improvements, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and property owners. Prior to starting her career, Krysina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing management from University of St. Thomas. Krysina is an active member of BOMA.

Jordan Stefan

Property Manager

Jordan first joined CCRP in 2014. As Property Manager of the Public Market in Emeryville, she coordinates the day-to-day operations of the project, works closely with the tenants, and oversees the vendor contracts. In addition she supports the accounting, legal, marketing, general administrative and maintenance demands of the project. Jordan brings six years of experience and a wealth of knowledge that is specific to a very dynamic mixed use project which includes a gourmet Food Hall, Retail and Office. Prior to joining CCRES, Jordan graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.

Celena Spychalla

Property Manager

Celena Spychalla is the Property Manager at the TractorWorks Building in Minneapolis, MN. She began her career as a facility coordinator in St. Cloud after finishing her Bachelor’s of Science in Commercial Property management in 2014 from St. Cloud State University. She relocated to the northern suburbs of Minneapolis and joined the CCRP team in 2018. As Property Manager, she is involved in all aspects of managing her buildings, including the day-to-day operations, development and implementing the annual budget, managing capital and tenant improvements, and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, brokers, and property owners. Celena is an actively engaged BOMA member, receiving recognition by BOMA for the TractorWorks Building in 2020 and 2021 Regional TOBY awards in the Renovated and Historical building categories.
