CCRP’s assets include a diverse array of products – from retail, office, hotel, land and mixed-use to industrial properties.
Mark G. Stefan
Mark Stefan is a co-founder and President of City Center Realty Partners, LLC (CCRP) and has been actively involved in the acquisition, development and management of urban real estate nationwide for more than 30 years. Mark focuses on the acquisition and development of more than $1 billion in commercial real estate throughout the country while also overseeing the operation and management of CCRP.
Prior to forming CCRP, Mark was Senior Vice President of City Center Retail Trust, working to grow that company to an asset base of $650 million. He was responsible for all development, acquisition and operations for the company’s West coast region.
Mark is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley Haas School of Business where he received an MBA in Business and a BA in Economics. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Belden Club.
Sigurd J. Anderson
Sigurd Anderson is a co-founder and CEO of City Center Realty Partners, LLC (CCRP). For the past 25 years he has overseen new development and acquisitions of over $1 billion in commercial real estate projects across the country. As CEO of CCRP, he is responsible for setting strategic goals, directing and overseeing company investments, due diligence, capital markets, asset management and firm operations.
Sig received his B.S. in Business from the Curt Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where he holds Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) and Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (SCLS) designations and was a member of the CLS Governing Committee. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Sig serves on the Board of Directors of Build Change and is on the Board of Trustees of the World Affairs Council.
Eric J. Anderson, CCIM
Eric is Executive Vice President of City Center Realty Partners, Principal of the Minneapolis office and brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry to the CCRP Team. Before joining CCRP, Eric was Director of National Equity Programs for G.E. Capital where he was responsible for forming joint ventures throughout the United States to develop commercial real estate properties. Additionally, he was responsible for the acquisition of existing commercial real estate properties through sale and leaseback transactions.
Previously, Eric was Vice President of Newcourt Capital’s Structured Finance Group where he acted as an advisor on the sale and leaseback of commercial real estate. Prior to that, Eric served as Senior Account Executive with MetLife Capital Corporation where he originated loans and joint ventures for retail, industrial, and office projects. Eric received his B.A. from St. Olaf College and holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
Peter is a Vice President of City Center Realty Partners and brings over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry to the CCRP Team. His primary focus is in West Coast acquisitions and development. Before joining CCRP, Peter was Vice President at Grosvenor Americas where he was responsible for all transactions in California, totaling $600 million. Peter also previously worked with Acacia Capital Corporation, Boston Capital and Skanska Engineering.
Peter received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Duke University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst with the CFA Institute. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and the Bay Area real estate community.
Jana Chapital is Operations Manager of City Center Realty Partners and joined the Company in early 2013. She is responsible for the non-investment operations, including the development and implementation of organizational strategies related to HR and IT, overseeing the communication of internal policies and IT best practices and ensuring uniform application at CCRP’s various offices and assets, as well as coordinating all of the Company’s support services, including accounting, banking, and insurance.
Jana joins us from the dynamic and fast paced San Francisco service industry and has over 8 years of experience in small business management. She is a Graduate of Loyola Marymount University and continued her education through Chabot College & UC Berkeley’s Extension program where she has completed courses in Business Administration and HR.
