With nearly 40 years of combined experience, the principals of City Center Realty Partners, LLC have been involved with the development, redevelopment and acquisition of over $1 billion of commercial real estate transactions nationwide. This experience includes work on retail, office, residential, mixed-use and industrial properties.


Mark has been actively involved in the acquisition, development and management of urban real estate throughout the United States for more 30 years. Mark is a founding partner and managing member of City Center Realty Partners, LLC (CCRP) and is responsible for the overall operation and management of the company, specifically focusing on the acquisition and development of more than $1 billion of commercial real estate throughout the country.

Prior to forming CCRP, Mark was Senior Vice President of City Center Retail Trust, helping grow that company to an asset base of $650 million. He was responsible for all development, acquisition and operations for the company’s West coast region. Prior to that Mark was Senior Vice President of Jaymont Properties where he was responsible for the acquisition, development and management of $300 million of properties in the western region.

Mark is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley Haas School of Business where he received an MBA in Business and a BA in Economics. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Belden Club.


Sig is a founding partner and managing member of City Center Realty Partners, LLC (CCRP). For the past 25 years he has been responsible for overseeing new development and acquisitions of over $1 billion of commercial real estate across the country. As managing member of CCRP, he is responsible for setting strategic goals and directing and overseeing company investments, due diligence, capital markets, asset management and firm operations.

Prior to forming CCRP, Sig was Senior Vice President of City Center Retail Trust, helping grow that company to an asset base of $650 million. He was responsible for all development, acquisition and operations for the company’s Midwest and east coast regions. Prior to that Sig held senior positions with development firms in San Diego, California.

Sig received his B.S. in Business from the Curt Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where he holds a Senior Certified Leasing Specialist designation and was member of that designation’s Governing Committee. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).


Prior to joining City Center Realty Partners, Eric was Director of National Equity Programs for G.E. Capital.  He was responsible for forming joint ventures throughout the United States to develop commercial real estate properties.  Additionally, he was responsible for the acquisition of existing commercial real estate properties through sale and leaseback transactions.  Previously, Eric was Vice President of Newcourt Capital’s Structured Finance Group where he acted as an advisor on the sale and leaseback of commercial real estate.  Prior to that, Eric served as Senior Account Executive with MetLife Capital Corporation where he originated loans and joint ventures for retail, industrial, and office projects.  Eric received his B.A. from St. Olaf College and holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
